1. Order Processing Time

Because our products involve handcrafted wooden craftsmanship, brass inlay work, and strict quality checks, every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch.

• Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays).
• Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Personalized or special batch items are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
• Cut-Off Time: Orders received after 5:00 PM IST will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping & Rates (India)

We deliver across India through reliable logistics carriers (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

• COD availability is subject to verification at checkout based on your delivery PIN code.
• An automated OTP or call confirmation may be requested before dispatching COD orders.
• The nominal COD handling charge of ₹50 is non-refundable.

4. International Shipping & Customs Duties

We ship Craftisto handcrafted items worldwide through express courier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Aramex, International Tracked Parcel or India Post Speed Post International).

• Delivery Timeframe: Usually 7 to 15 business days depending on destination country and local customs clearing.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping is Free, However if shipping cost would be high to some countries, We will ask for the additional payment.
• Customs Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. All such taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.

5. Order Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp message containing your Airway Bill (AWB) / tracking number and direct tracking link.

6. Transit Damage & Inspection Guidelines

Handcrafted wooden items require special handling. We use heavy-duty protective multi-layer packaging. In the rare event your item arrives damaged:

• Prompt reporting enables us to process immediate free replacements or carrier insurance claims.
• Claims without unboxing proof reported past 48 hours may not be eligible for full transit replacement.

7. Delivery Address & Undeliverable Packages

• Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before placing an order.
• Address changes are allowed within 6 hours of order placement by contacting support.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
